Character Wanted!

Rory Bucci | 20 years old | Abuse, Depression, Suicidal,  | Face claim: Zac Efron | OPEN

Nobody would notice me even if I died; nobody would care.

Rory Bucci was your typical all American boy. Growing up, Rory excelled in each and every sport, but golf was his absolute favorite. At the age of ten, Rory had won over fifteen national championship titles, and was on the cover of quite a few sports magazines. Rory was known nation-wide, and he loved every moment of it. But as his high school years progressed, Rory’s father, a man who easily stood well over six foot, began to become abusive toward his only son. When Rory didn’t get a hole in one at practice, his father would beat him with a golf club. The abuse scared Rory, and he knew he could fight back if he really wanted to; instead, Rory sunk far into a hidden depression. For days on end, Rory would starve himself; he would sleep countless hours of the day, and soon became isolated from his best friends when his father pulled him out of school to train constantly for golf tornaments. By twenty, Rory was abused, depressed, and slowly slipping out of the glorified aura the public eye had created of him. Everyone was forgetting about Rory; the magazines and news channels stopped calling, and so did his friends. The only person who remembered Rory was his abusive father, who now tormented Rory verbally as well. Finally, there came a cool rainy night last month when Rory decided he would end it all. At the edge of his small hometown sat a bridge, and underneath the bridge, one hundred feet to the bottom, buzzed a loud and busy highway. Rory popped two dozen over the counter pain pills in his mouth, and made his way to the end of the bridge, looking over the edge at his soon to be fate. All he needed to do was jump. But before he could, a hand reached out to meet his. A bearded man dressed in tan robes pulled Rory from the bridge and told him it wasn’t his time yet; he still had accomplishments to be made, and places to go. The young man told Rory to find help, and pointed him back to his car, telling him to drive straight to the hospital to get treatment for the overdose of pills. Rory, without a second thought, headed for his car. When he turned around to thank the man, he was gone. At the hospital, Rory faded in and out of consciousness, and when he would wake from blackouts, the bearded man was at the edge of his bed, comforting him. The nurses said there had been no vistors all night, and encouraged Rory to invite some. When Rory finally realized he’d been helped by what he believed was an angel, he decided to take the advice further and get help. He quickly packed up his golf clubs and headed off to St. Britten’s.

At St. Britten’s, Rory is at complete peace. There is a small green outside where he allows himself to practice putting for fun, slowly coming to learn that his father isn’t there to beat him if he makes any mistakes. Rory hasn’t been visited by the bearded man anymore, and has been taking medication for his depression. Rory, before all his hell happened, was a charming, flirty, handsome young man with a lot to offer, and maybe, just maybe, St. Britten’s will bring out all of that good in him once again.

Character Wanted!

Darren Patrick St. Britten | 21 years old | Oldest sibling of the St. Britten family, only son |Face claim: Nick Roux | OPEN

“So, me and the band are skipping third hour, gonna go practice for the Bash, wanna come?”

Darren is the oldest of the St. Britten children. Though technically an adult, Darren is one of the most immature people you’ll meet. He seems very poised, but without his parents, he’s nothing. He relies on them for everything, his mother in particular. He has no interest in running the Institution, even though he is next in line to take over. He cares more about his appearance then anything. He sees the girls in Institution as a challenge to win over.

Cam “Twin” Taylor | 17 years old | Depression, Bi-polar disorder, Prescription Drug Addiction | Face claim: Justin Bieber | OPEN

Am I really that easy to forget?

Born four minutes after his older identical twin brother, Cam “Twin” Taylor always believed he was second best. Although both brothers looked exactly the same, Cam never seemed to get the attention that his twin got. While his family was out with Daniel, doing photo shoots or attending dance competitions, Cam stayed at home, quickly turning to self medicating with prescription drugs as a way to get by. He was severely depressed, and being lost in the shadow of his brother didn’t help his disorder, and soon the young man was disconnected from his family as well as his friends. The same night Daniel ended up in the hospital with a swollen liver due to drinking, Cam was also admitted for drug overdose. Wanting to fix their broken family, the boys’ parents had no other choice but to send them to Saint Britten’s.

At St. Britten’s, Cam is trying to deal with the highs and lows that come with bipolar disorder as well as depression. He’d always been an avid reader and athletic guy, so he spends much of his time either in the library or gym, trying to avoid others. Although he is not one to start conversation, when he’s put into one he will gladly talk to others, especially girls, trying to find his way with them like his brother also has. Cam is also trying to fix his broken relationship with his identical twin.

Daniel “Stud” Taylor | 17 years old | Narcissistic personality disorder, Manipulative, Alcoholic | Face claim: Justin Bieber | OPEN

Don’t touch me—I’m more famous than you.

Identical twin born four minutes before his younger brother, Daniel “Stud” Taylor always believed he was the best. Attractive to ninety nine perfect of girls, and extremely cunning, Stud quickly realized he could use his good looks and mega personality to manipulate his way through life. A hip hop dancer and very photogenic, Stud soon became a model for several high end fashion labels, having young girls flock to him even more. As his fame continued to grow, so did the aura that he surrounded himself in, and soon he believed he was a victor, and everyone should bow down to him. Narcissistic personality disorder was quickly developed, Daniel believed he was the best, and deserved that equally, even though he virtually was not. Stud continued to rake in the money and woman, manipulating them as well as his adult assistants, and soon he went from partying each weekend to every night, ending up in the hospital with a swollen liver due to heavy underage drinking. Feeling their twin son had lost his way, Daniel’s parents sent him, along with his depressed identical twin, Cam, to St. Britten’s in hopes of fixing their broken family.

Now at St. Britten’s, Daniel still clings to the belief that he is almighty. He thrives in the spotlight, and finds great joy in manipulating the staff and teenage girl patients. He continues to dance and use his sex appeal, but is also trying to mend his broken relationship with his identical twin brother.

Character Wanted!

Rosalie Eversten | 25 years old | Co-Supervisor of the Girls Hall |Face claim: Billie Piper | OPEN

“Is there any other way to go, Daddy-o?”

Rosalie Eversten is the supervisor for the girl’s wing at St. Brittin’s. She’s willing to over look a lot of what the girls do, and is almost always going to turn a blind eye when she might find a boy in one of the girls rooms. A good portion of the time, she refers to the girls in the hall as ‘Her Girls’ and she’s very protective of them. She knows that a lot is wrong with St. Britten’s, and is determined to help the patients in anyway she can. She doesn’t handle any of the therapy, but she is in charge of making sure the girls get their medicine.

Character Wanted!

Roxanne Mitchell | 36 years old | Co-Head of Children’s/Teenager’s wing | Face claim: Jennifer Aniston | OPEN

“Damn it, would you just smile? I mean c’mon, it’s the second best thing you can do with your lips.”

Roxanne Mitchell doesn’t take life seriously. As an adult, she’s still unmarried, and childless, but extremely happy. She believes life is worth living, and happiness overcomes all. The St. Britten’s let Roxanne be Head of the Children’s/Teenager’s Wing, because they believe she is still one as well. Elders and older people might not take her seriously, but her patients love her aimlessly. She says what’s on her mind, and holds nothing back, sending hysterical laughs and playful insults down the hallways. Roxanne Mitchell is quite the character at St. Britten’s, but aside from everything, she’s cares about the kids she treats everyday, and just wants them to find happiness like she has once again.

Character Wanted!

Caitlynn Collins | 14 years old | Narcissistic Personality Disorder, Sociopath | Face claim: Halston Sage | OPEN

“I am pretty.”

Caitlynn is the queen bee. No doubt about it, Caitlynn is on top, and no one can question it. Nobody matters but her and Snow, and she makes sure they know it. She’s smart, cunning, and very, very, pretty. Everything came natrually to Caitlynn, everything but her parents affection. So she forgot about them, she was perfect and she didn’t need anyone but Snow to make her happy. And make her happy Snow did. Everything about the bright, cheery girl was pleasing to Caitlynn. She followed without being asked, she often could make comments about people even Caitlynn found offensive, and somehow knew everything about everyone. Most importantly, she never asked Caitlynn to be anyone but herself. So Caitlynn refused to let anyone hurt Snow. The girl wasn’t smart, and Caitlynn knew that, but no one commented on it. And if anyone did, she cut them down in public. She didn’t stop there, though. If anybody upset Snow, they payed the price. Caitlynn was good at terrifying people, and even hurting them physically. When her parents found out, they sent her to St. Britten’s.

The first part of her stay was awful. She didn’t have her only friend, and it was killing her, but when she was reunited with Snow, everything changed. Now the two are thick as thieves again, and waste no time with others. They constantly remind others how much better they are than them. She is still very protective of Snow.

Character Wanted!

Snow Ivory | 14 years old | Dependent Personality Disorder  | Face claim: Samantha Boscarino | OPEN

“It’s a good thing you’re pretty.”

Snow Ivory is probably the dumbest girl you will ever meet. Her IQ is so low it’s almost illegal, and it’s a wonder she can even really tell what’s going on most of the time. That’s why she has Caitlynn, her best friend, do most things for her, and tell her what to do. The typical mean girls, and best friends since birth, Caitlynn and Snow ran the school. No one questioned them, or talked bad to their faces. The helpful part about being dumb, however, is people assume you can’t understand them. So Snow heard everything, and not long after she figured out she could do that, she knew everything about everyone. She confided everything in Caitlynn. It wasn’t odd to find Snow staying over at Caitlynn’s for days on end, when her parents would leave town without telling Snow, or when she just couldn’t remember how to get home, and didn’t want to ask for help. Again. but when the Queen family sent Caitlynn to St. Britten’s, Snow was left confused and upset. She didn’t have a purpose if she wasn’t Caitlynn’s best friend, and things that used to be easy for her were suddenly much harder. Her normally sweet demeanor had changed, and she lashed out at anyone who tried to help her, only wanting Caitlynn’s help. She was sent to St. Britten’s when her parents finally couldn’t take it anymore.

Now at St. Britten’s, Snow and Caitlynn have been reunited, and Snow couldn’t be happier. The two take every chance to remind others how much better they are than everyone else. Snow can’t figure out why the staff wants her to stop relying on Caitlynn so much, as she doesn’t think it’s hurt her or Caitlynn, so why does it matter? She also knows a lot about different patients, because like at school, people talk in front of her thinking she wont remember.
