Bella “Firefly” Collins | 17 years old | Hallucinations, Anxiety, Insomnia | Face claim: Ariana Grande | OPEN
Hush little baby don’t say a word, daddys gonna buy you a mockingbird.
Bella Collins has always been a little…weird. An avid painter and gamer, the fiery-headed teen was quickly deemed an outcast at school, but her real problems stemmed far before that. At two, Bella had dozens of imaginary friends, whom all of which were invisible to everyone else but herself. During her younger years at school, she was very interested in bugs, especially ones with wings, and she quickly earned the name “Firefly” by her classmates. She was incredibly friendly and outgoing, but as her parents got divorced a few months after her thirteenth, her personality changed, as did the moods of her imaginary friends. The nice voices that had comforted her in the past were now harming her with their devilish faces and unexplained appearances, and Bella quickly was diagnosed with hallucinations due to anxiety as well as insomnia. After fleeing the hospital because a dark skeleton was standing over her bed, the nurses picked her up once more, and this time, placed her into the care of Saint Britten’s.
At Saint Britten’s, Bella is trying to determine what is real and what is fake. Her hallucinations differ from happy to terrifying depending on her level of stress, so she keeps her activities light and relaxing in order to try and tame her mind. She enjoys art as well as the outdoors, and wants to start a bug observatory for the younger patients.

Lucas Dicamillo | 9 years old | Anxiety, Depression, Bullying victim | Face claim: Lucas Triana | OPEN
All the boys at school were making fun of me because I love to dance.
Lucas Dicamillo was always a dancer. His mother, who had won several dance awards herself, vowed to place all of her children into an elite dance studio once they were born, and since Lucas was her first baby, he was automatically thrown into dance before he was even potty trained. As expecting, Lucas automatically formed a bond with dancing, and his two fruity instructors, and soon the young boy couldn’t be stopped. Whether he was performing lyrical solos, duets, or groups, his team always came out on top. He was the happiest little boy in the world when he was dancing, but at school, he was constantly bullied and belittled for being a male dancer. When the pressures of always having to be perfect, and the pain of bullying became too much for Lucas to handle, he told his mother he wanted to stop dancing. Though she wanted the best for her son, Lucas’ mother wouldn’t let him quit, and instead, send him to St. Brittens for some therapy.
At St. Brittens, Lucas spends a lot of his time socializing. He is happy as long as he’s with new people, but still faces sudden anxiety attacks and fears he’ll be bullied once more. He never really wanted to give up on dancing, and is now stronger than ever in his favorite sport. He wants to recover quickly so he can leave the institution and go on several auditions instead.
Darren Patrick St. Britten | 21 years old | Oldest sibling of the St. Britten family, only son |Face claim: Nick Roux | OPEN
“So, me and the band are skipping third hour, gonna go practice for the Bash, wanna come?”
Darren is the oldest of the St. Britten children. Though technically an adult, Darren is one of the most immature people you’ll meet. He seems very poised, but without his parents, he’s nothing. He relies on them for everything, his mother in particular. He has no interest in running the Institution, even though he is next in line to take over. He cares more about his appearance then anything. He sees the girls in Institution as a challenge to win over.
(I’m currently going to be working on a Lucas Triana, Louis Tomlinson, Niall Horan & Channing Tatum FC.)
Tucker Dean | 17 years old | PTSD, Anxiety, Nightmare disorder, Drug Addiction | Face claim: Liam Payne | TAKEN
Scarlet! Stop it! What the hell are you doing? We only have two flares don’t waste them!
Son of rich and wealthy technology mogul, Elliot Dean, Tucker Dean always got everything he wanted. Granted, a selfless young man, Tucker didn’t want much of anything except a roof over his head and a few good books to read, and believed he and his fathers giant mansion was just another way to brag. Although Tucker was attractive to many girls’ standards, he didn’t classify with the jocks or popular kids at school, and stayed mostly to himself. As a last attempt to try and loosen Tucker from his shell, his father took him along on his business trip to the Bahamas. On a boring yet lively night, Tucker found a party yacht leaving for the ocean and figured hopping on and drinking a few beers wouldn’t be that bad of an idea, but as a police boat approached the underage party goers, Tucker panicked, and jumped onto an inflatable dingy with another anxious teen. Tucker and his acquaintance, Scarlet, were soon left out in the sea, only to wash upon a deserted island. Alone for one hundred days, the teens found comfort in each other, losing not only their clothes, but their virginity as well, and planned their hopeless lives on the island forever. After months together, the two teens were saved and quickly sent back to their homes, Tucker in Pittsburgh, and Scarlet in Maine. Both Tucker and Scarlet tried to fall back into their normal lives after returning from the island, but neither of them could successfully. Tucker developed a severe case of PTSD, and feared taking boat or even car rides to far places, and after losing touch with Scarlet, he fell into a spiral downward, self medicating with every and any drug he could find. After seeing his son overdose several times, Tucker’s father placed him into the care of St. Britten’s.
At St. Britten’s, Tucker is truthfully trying to recover. He still loves Scarlet and wants to get better so he can attend a marine biology college near her after high school. In the institution, he stays to himself. He’s not unfriendly or afraid of people; he just fears building up a realtionship to watch it fall apart like his most important one had before. Tucker stopped reading after he was rescued since most of the articles in newspapers or magazines were about he and Scarlet, and instead swims avidly.
